Our Many Mini Adventures {1}

Our Many Mini Adventures is a little thing I'm doing to encourage more quality time with my little guys. I wrote a little bit about it here and have decided to make it a link up.  (Please be patient with me...I'm learning as I go here with some of this blog stuff ;)  

I'd love to have you join in.  On Mondays, I am going to be sharing the "adventures" from our previous week.  I am planning to share pictures as well...although, it's funny how many pictures I don't have from our adventures last week because I was too busy enjoying them!  So maybe I won't have as many pictures as I thought :)  But, my idea here is to get in there with my boys more and be more intentional about my time with them.  So this is a jump start, of sorts, into that goal.  The thing is, playing baseball in the backyard (which we did last week) may not seem like an adventure to me, but I can assure you that to my four year old, it is AWESOME!!  

There really isn't a wrong way to do this.  You can share one day or five days of "adventures."  It's totally up  to you.  And by linking up, I hope that we can get ideas from eachother about fun "mini adventures" to try.  For me sharing our weekly adventures and committing to doing this for six weeks and posting about it here is a way for me to stick with it!!  So.let's.go!

Last week our adventures included a leisurely walk, baseball in the backyard, a family bike ride, drawing with chalk in the driveway, and some one on one reading time.  And I'm excited for our next mini adventure.  Maybe this week instead of sitting on the back patio while the boys run in the sprinklers, I'll put on my suit and join them!  Have a wonderful week!!
