How does that saying go... "Everything changes, everything stays the same." Maybe I kind of feel like that right now. My husband started school on Monday. He's about halfway through the bachelors degree program at a university 45 minutes from where we live. We've been through this before...him starting school, and every time it feels the same. It feels like I'm floating. Floating in between where we were and where we're going. And so I'm grasping at the "here and now" and trying to live in this moment. Because this moment is really all.we.have.
Sometimes I wonder what I'm doing on this blog and God whispers in my ear that I should just be me and keep sharing "this moment." So that's what I'm doing.
I want {you} to know that we all feel like we're floating sometimes...and that's ok.
Because He's holding the string....

I just found you through casey wiegand..Love this post. You described so much of change perfectly. It's nice to know so many of us are collectively "floating" together.

Hi there, I've visiting you from Casey's link up last week; your blog is yet ANOTHER amazing, faith-driven blog that I've enjoyed reading tonight.
I think we all have seasons where we feel like we are floating through life, but I also believe that these are opportunities for us to lean on Him; only He knows the well-laid plans for our lives.
I also question exactly WHY I blog and what my true motives are, especially when I am filled with doubt and insecurity when I read posts from well-seasoned bloggers with a much wider readership. And I think all that we can do is exactly as you've put it: to just continue being ourselves - exactly who He created.
Looking forward to reading along. :) I hope you have a beautiful week!
Aloha,
Angie
