Pieces of Hope

You know those posts that you read that remind you of why you love blogging...?  The ones that not only tug at your heart, but inspire you to actually live a better life...?

I just wanted to share a couple blogs that have made me think and dream and see His face.  And I hope that they bless and encourage you, too!

If you haven't read Sarah Markley's blog, I highly recommend it!  Her words are powerful and from the heart.  Her story is one of healing and hope and His love.  I really love this post she wrote the other day:  On Drastic Measures and "What-ifs".

Have you read Lil Blue Boo??  I came upon her blog quite a while back and I just started reading there again recently.  Ashley is super fun and creative!  She has been going through some crazy times lately with the loss of her father, a miscarriage, and cancerous cells invading her body...and honestly her strength is awe-inspiring....  I really don't know what to say to describe the way she embraces each day and gives it all she's got.  She is truly an inspiring woman...!  Choose Joy - Seriously, be prepared to be moved by her courage!!

ETA:  It's funny because I keep reading this little note above over and over and trying to decide how I feel about it.  I pinned this when I read it, so it obviously struck something with me, but I'm actually not afraid of letting God have complete control of my life...I welcome it with wide.open.arms...and yet, some part of me still connects with those words.  I want to be that girl, that woman, that shares the love of Christ wherever she goes....  Not just at Christmastime, but always.
