You would think that after the craft show (and the fact that it was not exactly successful...), I would want to take a break from all things crafty and sewing related for a while!! But, I'm actually aching to sew something! So I've got plans to start sewing some more clothes for myself and possibly a coat. We'll see about that one! And I am wanting to start (attempting) some more quilts...! Below is a rag quilt that I made for our show. And under that, what I call a "tag along"...a smaller version of the other quilt for "tagging" along with your little one. I LOVE blankets & quilts and snuggling up under them when it's cold outside. They are so cozy! I may or may not have a blanket obsession :)
Please pardon the threads...my dear husband took these pics for me and didn't really pay attention to those little threads. Little details are my job ;)
Tag Along Quilt
Wide waled corduroy on back
It's kind of hard to see, but the tan fabric has a shiny silverish thread that runs through it...which I love :)
Oliver enjoyed watching the blankets blow in the wind :)
P.S. Both blankets are still available. And I was thinking about doing a rag quilt tutorial if anyone's interested??
P.P.S My GFC members are dropping like flys!! I wish I knew what I said!? I know, I know...that's not the reason why I blog. It just makes a girl wonder....

Hello, Friend!
The Quilt Corral in town is doing a class that looks really fun...it's making a quilt using those rolls of fabric that they sell(not sure what they call them) that are already coordinated. Not sure if it's one class or a series of classes, but the quilt looked really cute! Love you!
You are SO talented...and I love that top quilt especially. Do you have an etsy shop?
